About the Role:
We are seeking a Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Order to Cash Functional Consultant to join our team. This role focuses on optimising and delivering O2C processes across D365 F&O implementations, from customer order management to invoicing and collections.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the functional delivery of the Order to Cash (O2C) cycle in D365 F&O, including Sales Orders, Accounts Receivable, Credit and Collections, Invoicing, and Revenue Recognition.

  • Gather, document, and analyse business requirements and translate them into functional specs.

  • Configure and optimise D365 O2C modules to meet business needs.

  • Perform fit-gap analysis and provide scalable, best-practice solutions.

  • Collaborate with business users and cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation.

  • Support data migration, testing, training, and go-live activities.

  • Provide post-implementation support and continuous process improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a D365 F&O or AX Functional Consultant, specifically in Order to Cash.

  • Strong understanding of sales order processing, pricing, invoicing, credit management, and receivables.

  • Experience in end-to-end D365 implementation projects.

  • Ability to translate complex business processes into D365 functionality.

  • Proficiency in tools such as LCS, Azure DevOps, and RSAT.

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (desirable but not required).

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with integration to CRM systems or external eCommerce platforms.

  • Understanding of cross-functional processes with Supply Chain or Procure to Pay (P2P).

  • Exposure to multi-entity, multi-currency, or localisation scenarios.
