D365 Functional F&O Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Functional Consultant specializing in either Finance or Supply Chain to join a greenfield implementation project based in the Netherlands. You'll play a key role in defining and delivering business solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, working alongside a talented international project team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements related to Finance or Supply Chain operations.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and configure Dynamics 365 F&O modules accordingly.
• Lead or support design workshops and gap-fit analyses.
• Collaborate with technical teams for customizations, integrations, and data migration.
• Create functional documentation including solution designs, test cases, and user guides.
• Support key project phases: design, build, test, UAT, training, and go-live.
• Provide post-go-live support and knowledge transfer to client teams.
• Act as a subject matter expert in either Finance or Supply Chain processes.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Functional Consultant in Dynamics 365 F&O with at least 1-2 full lifecycle implementations, ideally including greenfield projects.
• Expertise in either:
• Finance: General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, Project Accounting.
• Supply Chain: Procurement, Inventory, Sales Order Management, Product Information Management, Warehouse Management.
• Strong understanding of business processes in manufacturing, retail, or distribution industries is a plus.
• Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments.
• Strong communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus).
