South West based - Mostly remote, only once a month required onsite

Leading business is looking to recruit an experienced and business-focused Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant to help shape, implement, and optimise our Microsoft Dynamics platform.

Role:

• Requirement Analysis
• Solution Design
• Business Process Mapping
• Data Migration
• User Training
• Testing Support
• Deployment & Go-Live
• Post-Go-Live Support
• Optimisation & Metrics
• Stakeholder Communication:
• Integration & Customisation

Skills/Experience:

• Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant
• Broad knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 suite
• Strong understanding of both CRM and ERP capabilities within D365
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Highly desirable experience in:
• Dynamics 365 Field Service
• Power Pages (Power Apps Portals)
• Project Operations
