Job Description
Our client is seeking a D365 Customer Insights/Journeys Developer to join their team for a freelance B2B contract that is expected to last 12 months, with potential for additional extensions. This position is 3 days per week on-site in London.

Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience with D365 Sales: Proven hands-on experience in configuring and developing within the Dynamics 365 Sales module.
- Customer Insights - Journeys Expertise: Strong knowledge of the Customer Insights - Journeys module and its features.
- Proficiency in Power Automate: Ability to create, deploy, and manage flows to automate and streamline business processes.
- Understanding of the Dynamics 365 ecosystem and how its modules InterconnecT.
- Solid grasp of Microsoft Data verse, plugins, workflows, and custom entities.
- Basic integration knowledge of D365 with other Microsoft tools and third-party apps (eg, Power Apps, SharePoint).
- Strong problem-solving and debugging expertise, with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
