We are seeking an experiencedSenior D365 Project Managerto lead aCRM upgrade from Microsoft Dynamics 2011 to D365 CE Onlinefor a leading financial services organisation. This role requires strong project management skills, stakeholder engagement, and hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-endupgrade and migrationfrom MS Dynamics CRM 2011 toD365 CE Online.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with business goals.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, working closely with senior leadership, business teams, and technical experts.
- Overseethird-party vendors, developers, and implementation partnersto ensure project success.
- Mitigate risks, manage dependencies, and drive issue resolution.
- Ensure data integrity and governance during the migration process.
- Provide regular status updates and reports to key stakeholders.
- Champion best practices for change management and user adoption.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience managingD365 CE (Customer Engagement) upgrade projects, preferably within financial services.
- Strong understanding ofMicrosoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and CRM migration strategies.
- Hands-on experience withdata migration, integrations, and cloud transformations.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Expertise in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Financial Services / Banking experience desirable
