D365 and CCaaS Support Lead - 6 months - Luton - Inside IR35

We are seeking an experienced D365 and CCaaS Support Lead to join an ongoing CRM and Contact Centre transformation programme based in Luton. This is a hands-on technical role supporting the implementation of a new Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement platform integrated with a modern CCaaS solution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of Dynamics 365 CE Customer Service and Omnichannel capabilities.
  • Define and validate technical and business requirements for the D365 and CCaaS integration.
  • Build and configure Azure environments across Development, Test and Production.
  • Design and support Azure compute, networking, identity (SAML/OIDC) and resource structures.
  • Assist with integration between Azure-based CCaaS and D365 solutions and existing AWS-hosted applications.
  • Set up, configure and maintain DevOps pipelines for solution deployment.
  • Support observability tooling and dashboards for monitoring platform health and performance.
  • Act as a technical liaison between stakeholders, programme leadership and engineering teams.
  • Provide 3rd line support for the CRM and CCaaS platform, including escalations and issue resolution.

What You Will Ideally Bring:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and CRM.
  • Proven experience working with CCaaS platforms (Microsoft, Genesys, Five9, NICE or similar).
  • Solid background in Azure cloud engineering (PaaS, identity, networking).
  • Understanding of Azure-to-AWS integrations and cloud architecture principles.
  • Experience designing or supporting customer service and contact centre solutions.
  • Ability to produce technical documentation, designs and operational runbooks.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and vendor coordination skills.

Contract Details:

  • Duration: 6 months with possible extension
  • Day Rate: £425 per day (Inside IR35)
  • Location: Luton (2 to 3 days per week on site mandatory)
  • Start Date: ASAP
