Cycle Brand Retail Manager - Lead Service & Sales

Ribble Cycles, a premium bike brand in the UK, is seeking a Manager to lead service, sales and brand experience. You will guide a team to deliver expert advice and a rider-first approach from first contact to handover.

You will coordinate daily operations, manage scheduling, and drive CSAT/SLA performance, while building relationships with local clubs and the host retailer to grow Ribble brand awareness.
