In this senior leadership role, you will work with executives across manufacturing, pharmaceutical, and industrial product sectors to design and deliver security enable resilience, and sustainable growth.CyberSecurity DirectorYOUR MISSIONAs Cybersecurity Director, you will lead a global delivery team X clients through the full lifecycle of cybersecurity and concept to execution. You will play a key role in expanding the firm s cybersecurity practice by identifying market opportunities, developing client and driving large-scale security programs.- Lead and deliver complex cybersecurity projects across OT, IT, and supply chain domains.- Define and implement target models bridge IT and OT environments.- Develop scalable, client and drive long-term growth.- Build and grow a high-performing, multicultural cybersecurity delivery team.- Identify emerging market trends and service offerings to meet client needs.- with stakeholders across Risk, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality to ensure program delivery.- Promote a culture of and foster between people and technology.PROFILE & 10 years of experience in cybersecurity within manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or industrial product environments.- Proven leadership experience in building and scaling global cybersecurity teams.- Strong background in one or more of the following domains: OT security, supply chain security, IAM, X , cyber vulnerability management, incident response, or compliance ( NIS2, EU CRA).- Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.- Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in business development or account management.- understanding of technology and security trends in OT and industrial systems.- Strong and skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.- Relevant security ( CISSP, GICSP, GRID, GCIP) are an asset.- Degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a technical discipline.- Fluent English; proficiency in German or French is an advantage. jida1c0d32aen jit0311aen jpiy26aen
