Job Title: CyberArk Associate Manager
About the Role
Our Security Practice is one of the fastest-growing areas of the business, with ambitious expansion plans driven by both strategic recruitment and acquisitions.
As a CyberArk Associate Manager, you will play a key role in helping clients strengthen their Information Security posture in response to an ever-evolving cyber threat landscape. You will combine deep Identity and Access Management (IAM) expertise with business insight to advise, design, build, and deploy CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions that deliver measurable and tangible value.
- Analyse, design, and implement PAM solutions aligned to client requirements
- Conduct assessments of clients' current PAM capabilities against industry best practices
- Evaluate security requirements to align with control objectives and organisational risk appetite
- Review and interpret client policies, standards, and operational processes
- Deploy CyberArk PAM solutions across both on-premises and cloud environments
- Work across diverse and complex environments including:
- Large-scale enterprise organisations
- Operational Technology (OT) environments
- Hybrid cloud and on-prem infrastructures
- Lead and mentor teams to deliver security transformation initiatives
- Engage with stakeholders through workshops, meetings, and advisory sessions
- Contribute to business development activities, proposals, and client growth initiatives.
- Strong understanding of PAM and IAM concepts and frameworks
- Experience with PAM architecture, design, and life cycle management
- Hands-on expertise in CyberArk PAM engineering and implementation
- Ability to facilitate stakeholder discussions and lead interactive sessions
- Proven experience delivering technical security implementations
- Solid project management and delivery experience
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in cybersecurity or IAM/PAM roles
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (3rd level qualification)
- Security architecture certifications such as:
- SABSA
- TOGAF
- Industry-recognised security certifications such as:
- CISSP, CISM, CISA, GICSP
- ISO 27001, PCI DSS
- CyberArk certifications:
- CyberArk Defender (minimum requirement)
- CyberArk Certified Delivery Engineer (CDE/CCD) - preferred
