Cyber Security Portfolio/Programme Manager

Required for a part-remote seven month contract, an experienced Cyber Security consultant to work with our Swedish-based client.

Job description:

As a Cyber Security Portfolio & Program Manager, you will enhance and drive a Portfolio of Cyber Security services and shape the security offerings across all possible scenarios, from tools, applications, and service delivery.
This key role will work across the current Cyber Security organization, identify weaknesses, and build a comprehensive, structured and standardized security offering.

Experience:

• 5+ years in Cyber Security related roles
• Deep understanding of cybersecurity challenges and threats in multi-hosted cloud environments.
• Strong knowledge of best practice principles across security disciplines.
• Proven ability to build trust and engagement with senior leaders through personal advocacy, vision, and collaborative work.
• Experience in successfully leading and embedding change, including processes and team culture.
• In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity standards (eg ISO27K or NIST).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use metrics and data visualization effectively to report portfolio performance.
• Experience in developing and implementing project management methodologies and best practices.
