Your Responsibilities:
- Support the development and maintenance of compliance policies and procedures, helping to align with regulations and industry standards.
- Assist in regular compliance audits and assessments and help follow up on any needed actions.
- Help coordinate compliance-related matters and support communication with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
- Assist in the creation and distribution of cybersecurity awareness materials (e.g., newsletters, posters, online training).
- Support the organization of security training sessions and workshops for employees.
- Promote good security practices within the organization by helping to educate employees on policies and guidelines.
- Help with regular security training and awareness activities, such as phishing simulations, and gather feedback or data on their effectiveness.
- Monitor the completion of security training and assist with reporting on awareness efforts.
- Stay informed about changes in laws and regulations and support the preparation of compliance documentation.
- Keep compliance records organized and up to date
️ ️ What We're Looking For:
- Experience:Some exposure to audits, reports, or basic compliance procedures.
- Familiarity with supporting compliance audits and assessments.
- Experience assisting or coordinating with external auditors or regulatory bodies is a plus.
- Interest in cultural disruption over awareness activities or training.
- Experience helping prepare or organize compliance-related documentation and reports.
- Some experience supporting security training sessions or participating in phishing simulations.
Language:
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
Soft Skills:
- Willingness to learn and grow in cybersecurity awareness and compliance.
- Clear and confident communicator, especially when helping to share security best practices with others.
- Comfortable working in a diverse, multicultural, and international team environment.
- Positive and proactive attitude, with a desire to take the initiative and contribute to team goals.
- Attention to detail when helping maintain documentation or follow procedures.
- Open to feedback and able to adapt quickly in a dynamic work setting.
- Enthusiastic about promoting a strong security culture and supporting others in understanding its importance.
