TrinIT Talent are looking for a Civica CX Housing Specialist to come on board for a 4 month contract on a 3 days a week (part time) contract based remotely with 1 day a month onsite This role falls Inside Scope of IR35 and is paying £500 per day.

Job Description:-

Our client require a Lead Officer that has lots of experience with Civica CX Housing Platform that can help with both BAU and project activities across housing. This is for a local authority and requires someone with previous experience in this specific platform and area.

Key skills:-

• Must have extensive CX Housing experience
• CRM
• Reporting - SQL and Power BI (both from and to CX)
• CX User training
• Upgrades to the platform 25.x
• Customer poral
• Integrations and interfaces - understanding of the API, Storage Explorer and SharePoint EDM
• Customer facing
• Understanding of Assets, Functional units, Users and roles, Contact groups, Systems schedules, Arrears policies and allocations
