Cut & Carve Project Manager, Central London (Freelance)

Fawkes and Reece is assisting a client in recruiting a Project Manager for a £6m Cut and Carve scheme in Central London. You will oversee RC works, basement slabs, lift shafts, drainage, structural alterations and in-situ concrete, delivering the scheme on time while managing subcontractors and safety on site.

The ideal candidate must have experience delivering cut and carve schemes and hold CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid certificates. This is a freelance position.
