Job Description

Customer Team Member

Location: 115 - 117 High Street, Selkirk, TD7 4JX

Pay: £13.04 per hour

Contract: 16 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent part time

Working pattern: mix of opening, closing, and mid day shifts, with at least 2 evening shifts and 1 weekend shift (Friday after 6 pm, Saturday, or Sunday). We can discuss your availability further at interview.

You must be aged 18 or over to apply for this role as it may involve working before 6 am or after 10 pm.

Responsibilities
  • Support the day to day running of the store by delivering friendly and thoughtful service, helping to resolve issues when they arise.
  • Work with your team to keep the store running smoothly, including handling tills and shop floor duties.
  • Contribute to daily operations in our in store bakery to create a great shopping experience.
  • Keep shelves stocked and ensure prices, dates, and stock accuracy are correct.
  • Promote Co op Membership and support local community initiatives.
Qualifications
  • A genuine passion for helping people and delivering great service.
  • The ability to work as part of a team and flexibly across a range of shifts.
  • An interest in retail and working in a busy store environment (experience not essential).
