Location: High Street, Stanton Hill, NG17 3GA
Pay: £13.04 per hour
Contract: 16 hours per week (regular overtime, permanent, part-time)
Working pattern: mix of opening, closing, mid day shifts. Must cover at least 2 evening shifts and 1 weekend shift (Friday after 6pm, Saturday, or Sunday). Availability discussed in interview.
Full, paid training provided.
About the roleCo op is looking for Customer Team Members to join our local store team. In this fast moving retail environment you will provide friendly, helpful service to customers, helping to keep the store running smoothly and contributing to essential services such as post office, bakery or online order fulfilment.
What you'll do- Support the day to day running of the store with friendly and thoughtful service, resolving issues as needed.
- Collaborate with your team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Work on the shop floor and tills, creating a great shopping experience.
- Maintain store performance by stocking shelves, checking prices, dates and stock accuracy.
- Ensure the store is safe and compliant - keep shelves stocked and confirm prices, dates and temperatures.
- Promote Co op Membership and support the local community.
- A genuine passion for helping people and delivering great customer service.
- The ability to work flexibly across a number of shifts and as part of a team.
- Interest in retail and a busy store environment (experience not essential).
