Job Description
Customer Team Member 
Location: 7 The Centre High St, Polegate, BN26 6AQ
Pay: £13.04 per hour
Contract: 16 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent contract, part-time
Working pattern: 5:30 am - 12 pm, or 4 pm - 10:15 pm, across Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday. Role will include working in our in-store bakery.
You must be aged 18 or over to apply.
What you'll do- Friendly and thoughtful service - put customers first in everything you do: respond to queries, champion Co op products and Membership, work in our in store bakery and do all you can to deliver a great shopping experience.
- Work together to make everyone's day better - support your store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members.
- Make sure the store is safe and legal - keep the shelves stocked and ensure prices, dates, and temperatures are correct.
- Help introduce new products and services - make changes feel natural, sharing experiences with your colleagues so everyone learns together.
- Support your local community - get involved in all kinds of activities and events.
- A genuine care for the needs of customers and members.
- Great people skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
- A positive approach to change and problem solving.
