Customer Team Member - Bakery & Store, Flexible Shifts

Co-op is hiring Customer Team Members in Ashford to deliver friendly, helpful service in-store. The role involves assisting customers, stocking shelves, operating tills, and may include responsibilities in our bakery or post office. Part-time hours are 16 per week with regular overtime and a permanent contract.

You'll start with full training and be part of a welcoming team who support the local community. Applicants must be 18 or over due to early/late shifts and safety considerations; weekend
