Customer Team Leader: Lead Store Shifts & Service

Co-op Digital in Llantrisant is seeking a Customer Team Leader to manage the store on shifts, with 15 hours per week and regular overtime, permanent part-time contract. You will lead the team on a 7am-2pm or 2pm-10pm rota, including weekends, and help drive Co-op membership growth.
