Customer Team Leader: Lead a Store Team with Flexible Shifts

Co-op is seeking a Customer Team Leader in York to guide a small team on shift, manage daily store operations on the shop floor and tills, and ensure excellent customer service.

You will also support merchandising, stock accuracy, and HR processes while championing Co-op membership and community engagement. This role offers varied shifts, 35 hours with overtime, and a part-time contract.
