Job Description
Customer Team Leader

Location: 67-69 Whitecross Road (Severn Road), Weston-Super-Mare, BS23 1EJ

Pay: £14.48 per hour

Contract: 16 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent contract, part time

Working pattern: A mix of opening, closing, and mid day shifts, with flexibility across the week including at least 2 evening shifts and 1 weekend shift. Either Friday after 6pm, any shift on Saturday, or Sunday. We're happy to discuss your availability further at interview. Role will include working in our in store bakery.

What you'll do
  • Own the day to day running of the store by leading the team on your shift
  • Motivate, coach, and support your team to deliver great service and efficient operations
  • Work hands on on the shop floor and tills, and in our in store bakery, supporting daily operations and setting the pace for a team of Customer Team Members
  • Support store performance through merchandising, stock accuracy, and HR processes
  • Champion Co op through community engagement and membership growth
