Job Description
Customer Team Leader

Location: 30-32 London Road, St Leonards, TN37 6AN

Pay: £14.48 per hour

Contract: 16 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent contract, part time

Working pattern: A mix of opening, closing, and mid day shifts, with flexibility across the week including at least 2 evening shifts and 1 weekend shift (Friday after 6pm, any shift on Saturday, or Sunday). Availability will be discussed further at interview.

You must be aged 18+ to authorise age-related sales.

What you'll do
  • Own the day to day running of the store by leading the team on your shift.
  • Motivate, coach, and support your team to deliver great service and efficient operations.
  • Work hands on on the shop floor and at tills, supporting daily operations and setting the pace for a team of Customer Team Members.
  • Support store performance through merchandising, stock accuracy, and HR processes.
  • Champion Co op through community engagement and membership growth.
