Location: 188 Bawtry Road, Tanyard Shopping Prect, Rotherham, S66 1AA
Pay: £14.48 per hour
Contract: Permanent, Part time (16 hours per week + regular overtime)
Working pattern: A mix of opening, closing, and mid day shifts, with flexibility across the week including at least 2 evening shifts and 1 weekend shift (Friday after 6pm, Saturday, or Sunday). Availability will be discussed at interview.
You must be aged 18+ to authorise age related sales.

What you'll do- Own the day to day running of the store by leading your team on your shift.
- Motivate, coach, and support your team to deliver great service and efficient operations.
- Work hands on on the shop floor and tills, supporting daily operations and setting the pace for a team of Customer Team Members.
- Support store performance through merchandising, stock accuracy, and HR processes.
- Champion Co op through community engagement and membership growth.
- Passion for people and leadership.
- The ability to work flexibly and lead by example.
- Skills in retail, merchandising, or team management (experience not essential).
