Job Description
Customer Team Leader

Location: 188 Bawtry Road, Tanyard Shopping Prect, Rotherham, S66 1AA

Pay: £14.48 per hour

Contract: Permanent, Part time (16 hours per week + regular overtime)

Working pattern: A mix of opening, closing, and mid day shifts, with flexibility across the week including at least 2 evening shifts and 1 weekend shift (Friday after 6pm, Saturday, or Sunday). Availability will be discussed at interview.

You must be aged 18+ to authorise age related sales.

What you'll do
  • Own the day to day running of the store by leading your team on your shift.
  • Motivate, coach, and support your team to deliver great service and efficient operations.
  • Work hands on on the shop floor and tills, supporting daily operations and setting the pace for a team of Customer Team Members.
  • Support store performance through merchandising, stock accuracy, and HR processes.
  • Champion Co op through community engagement and membership growth.
