Job Description
Customer Team Leader 
Location: Station Road Oxenhope, Keighley, BD22 9JJ
Pay: £14.48 per hour
Contract: 24 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent, part time
Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings (6 am opening), afternoons, late evenings (10 pm closing) and at least one weekend shift.

What you'll do- Own the day to day running of the store by leading the team on your shift
- Motivate, coach, and support your team to deliver great service and efficient operations
- Work hands on on the shop floor and tills, handling transactions on the post office counter and supporting daily operations
- Support store performance through merchandising, stock accuracy, and HR processes
- Champion Co op through community engagement and membership growth
- Passion for people and leadership
- The ability to work flexibly and lead by example
- Skills in retail, merchandising, or team management (experience not essential)
