Customer Team Leader - Lead a Busy Community Store

Co-op Scarborough is recruiting a Customer Team Leader to run a busy store and lead a small team, delivering essential services to our community. You'll supervise day-to-day operations on the shop floor and tills, support stock, merchandising and customer service, and help in post office or bakery where needed.

The role is part-time with varied shifts and at least one weekend day. Pay is £14.48 per hour, 16-20 hours per week with regular overtime on a permanent contract, plus the store benefits
