Customer Support with Arabic (Interpreter)
Dals is currently seeking Arabic speakers to join our telephone/video interpreting service.

Who are we?
Dals is a language service provider working with Public and Private sector clients (e.g. local councils, universities, hospitals, charity organizations and international corporations).
We help non-English speakers access essential services, such as medical care, by providing interpreters of over 512 languages and dialects.
You will provide accurate telephone/video interpreting for our clients and non or limited English speakers. This will allow them to communicate with each other and exchange important information. This is a highly rewarding opportunity; you will need to be able to think on your feet and deliver great linguistic skills.
The type of calls will include but are not limited to:
- Medical appointments
- Meetings with public officials
- Legal matters and immigration meetings
- Social services
- Child protection appointments

This role is completely flexible - you can choose when and for how long you are available. You simply log into our telephone and video interpreting app.
As this is a freelance opportunity, you will be responsible for your own tax payments.
Any successful candidate must have the following:
- Right to work in your country of residence
- Qualifications/relevant experience
- Security clearance (if you have one) if you don't we can assist with this
- EU residency
- Fluency in English and Arabic We will conduct a telephone language assessment
