What You'll Be Doing- Be the first point of contact for customers via phone & e mail
- Deliver high quality, personalised support
- Resolve queries efficiently while identifying ways to improve the customer journey
- Accurately log and manage customer interactions using CRM systems
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to share insights and streamline processes
- Contribute ideas to help us continuously modernise and improve service
- A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine passion for helping people
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
- Good IT skills, including confidence using systems, databases, and Microsoft Office
- Comfortable learning new digital tools and adapting to changing processes
- A team player who can also work independently in a fast paced environment
- Previous customer service experience is beneficial, but attitude and potential are key
