Customer Support Specialist

Deutschsprachiger Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) für Merchant Onboarding gesucht - remote, mit vollständiger Einarbeitung.

We're recruiting a German speaker to join the merchant onboarding team of a global payments technology company on a short term contract This is an entry-level operations role, and full training is provided.

The work
You'll prepare merchant case files for the onboarding team to review. Day to day, that means:

• Reviewing merchant application documents and checking that everything required has been supplied
• Entering application data into internal systems and templates
• Identifying missing or incomplete information and escalating it to reviewers
• Running predefined screening searches and attaching the results to case files
• Compiling ownership and shareholder details from source documents
• Preparing case summaries using standard templates

The role is administrative. It does not involve risk assessments, compliance decisions or approvals.

What you'll need

• German at B2 level or above (essential)
• Previous experience in an administrative, operations, customer service, document processing or Back Office role
• Accurate data entry and good typing skills
• Confidence with Microsoft Office and working across several systems at once
• Secondary school diploma or equivalent
