Customer Support Specialist - Weekdays

Housing Quality Network in Bracknell is seeking a friendly Customer Contact Advisor to join our team. You will support customers by phone, webchat and email, delivering helpful, accurate information with empathy and a calm approach.

No prior contact centre experience is required; full training will be provided. The role offers weekday hours from 8:30am to 5:00pm with one late finish on Thursdays, no weekend work, and a supportive, professional team.
