Overview

Hybrid Customer Support Specialist - 12 month maternity leave contract based in Newbury, UK. Hybrid requires a minimum of 2 days per week in office.

What You Will Do
  • Offer a professional communication link between Stryker and our customer base for the placing of orders, raising of queries, requests of information and general support.
  • Provide a high standard pro active support facility to Sales Representatives and Technical Services engineers.
  • Seek opportunities to improve the service provided for external and internal customers.
  • Actively promote and support Stryker's Sales Activities.
  • Use the wider Customer Logistics team as a resource when required.
  • Support Stryker's services as a sales tool.
What You Need
  • Proven communication and writing skills.
  • Customer care experience.
  • Computer skills.
  • Travel percentage: 0%.
Work Flexibility
  • Remote - majority to 100% of time from an alternate workplace.
  • Field based - majority to 100% of time at customer facilities with a set territory or travel boundary.
  • On site - 100% at a Stryker facility, with possible ad hoc flexibility.
  • Hybrid - consistent time between an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility, with onsite expectations defined by manager.
