Our Customer Support Specialist - Tier 1

Are you the go-to person friends ask for tech help? Do you love solving problems and keeping things running smoothly under pressure? If you said yes, you'll fit right in at EventsAir- where technology meets creativity to power some of the world's biggest events.

What You'll be Doing

No two days are ever the same! You'll:

  • Chat with customers across the globe and be their tech superhero when they need help using EventsAir.
  • Help clients build events in our software and make their vision come to life.
  • Dive into a bit of HTML or CSS to troubleshoot or polish setup details.
  • Assist with live virtual event delivery - think real-time problem solving and collaboration.
  • Test upcoming software updates before they go live so everything runs flawlessly.
  • Work closely with our product experts, support team, and other departments to give customers the best experience possible.
What Makes You a Great Fit

We're looking for someone who's curious, adaptable, and loves working with people. You might already have some experience in software support or customer service, or maybe you're fresh out of uni with a tech-savvy streak. Either way, you'll bring:

  • Excellent communication skills (and a friendly, helpful approach).
  • An eye for detail and the ability to juggle multiple things at once.
  • Empathy and patience - especially when customers are stressed or under time pressure.
  • A willingness to learn and grow your technical knowledge (bonus points if you know HTML, CSS, or JavaScript).
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts across our APAC, EMEA, and Americas regions including weekends and public holidays.
