Express Recruitment is working on behalf of a market leading organisation in the digital and AI solutions sector. Due to continued growth, the client is seeking an ambitious and detail oriented individual to support their sales and account management teams.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient sales operations, while contributing to high quality client engagement. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual to develop their career within a fast growing and innovative industry.
In return, the successful candidate can expect to receive a competitive salary of up to £30,000 plus approximately £5,000 bonus, alongside a range of employee benefits and excellent career development opportunities.
Responsibilities- Work closely with Account Managers to coordinate client activities and support ongoing projects.
- Conduct client research and maintain accurate and up to date CRM records.
- Monitor sales KPIs and generate regular CRM and performance reports.
- Prepare quotations and proposals for clients.
- Process documentation for internal teams including production and finance.
- Produce monthly sales reports and provide insights to support decision making.
- Experience in a similar role, ideally within a sales environment.
- Educated to degree level.
- Experience engaging with clients in a proactive and professional manner.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, collaborative environment.
- Hours: Monday-Friday
- Salary: Approximately £30,000 + £5,000 bonus
