Location: Lower Shockerwick, Bath BA1 7LL Salary: £27,590 - £35,163 Hours: 37.5 weeks Type: Permanent, Full time
As a Customer Support Assistant you will deliver a professional, welcoming, and efficient front of house service and maintain the highest standards of administration for the Care Home, using the correct systems and ways of working. Your work will ensure smooth day to day operations, excellent customer service, and effective support to the Home Manager and wider team.

- Accept weekend working as required.
- Experience providing excellent customer service in a receptionist or administrative role.
- Experience of payroll administration and processing employee related information.
- Experience of administrative procedures and processes.
- Proven experience of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and Outlook).
- Ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Strong interpersonal skills; able to communicate with people of all levels both internally and externally, by telephone and in writing.
- Attention to detail.
- Flexibility and proven ability to work on own initiative.
- Dedicated, efficient and able to manage a varied workload whilst working to tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills with excellent telephone manner, always remaining courteous.
- Ability to manage own time, prioritise and organise work appropriately.
