Customer Support & Solutions Specialist

Randox Health is seeking a Customer Support Advisor at our HQ on Diamond Road, Crumlin. The role involves responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat, troubleshooting issues, and identifying sales opportunities.

You will handle payments and collaborate with teams across departments in a busy environment. The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, with 8.20am-5pm hours Monday to Friday, and some flexibility including weekends.
