Customer Support & Resolution Specialist

Vizion Network Ltd. is seeking a Customer Support Administrator to act as the first point of contact for customers, handling calls and emails and resolving dissatisfactions efficiently in line with FCA guidelines and SLAs.

You will ensure accurate data capture in the management systems and support continuous improvement across departments to reduce issues, while maintaining high service standards and teamwork.
