We are currently looking for a Customer Support & Operations Specialist to join our international team at our headquarters in Girona (Vilablareix). The ideal candidate have to be bilingual in German and English, with a good level of Spanish, preferably native German and based in the Girona area.
This position is strategic for consolidating Megamo's growth in German-speaking countries (DACH markets), which is why we are looking to prioritize this incorporation as soon as possible.
Responsibilities:
• Provide support and assistance to German-speaking customers and sales representatives.
• Manage orders, stock inquiries, and post-sales incidents.
• Offer operational support to the international sales team.
• Act as the internal point of reference for the DACH market.
Profile Requirements:
• Background in a similar role within the cycling sector is required. Must have cycling industry experience.
• Native German speaker or bilingual German/English, with a high level of Spanish.
• Other languages will be positively valued.
• Communicative, solution-oriented, proactive, and results-driven profile.
• Ability to manage day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.
