Job Description
Role

Customer Support Advisor (30hrs) - Milton Keynes, MK10

Pay

£14.00p/h + 33 holidays (25 days + 8 BH)

Duration

6 month plus contract

Responsibilities
  • Answer calls and emails from clients
  • Resolve customer issues
  • Raise and progress returns and invoice queries
  • Perform root cause analysis and issue prevention
Qualifications
  • Ability to multi task
  • Deliver a first class customer experience in an office environment
  • Operate in a fast paced, customer focused setting
  • Good IT skills (SAP an advantage; client will train)
  • Good attendance and time keeping
