Job Details- Rate of pay - Hourly rate of £12.75.
- Location - 49 East Bridge Street, Belfast BT1 3NR
- Full time permanent position - Contracted to 40 hours paid production scheduled 7.30am - 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am - 7pm Saturday & Sunday
- Hybrid role - Onsite days Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
- Full time training provided.
As a Customer Support Advisor, you will provide personalised response via emails, phone and social media contacts to provide a positive viewer experience through efficient, friendly and high-quality responses.
Responsibilities- Handling E-Mails, posts, and calls from viewers.
- Categorising every viewer contact to ensure accurate reporting.
- Dealing with variety of queries such as on demand/online streaming, technical issues, complaints, engineering & programme scheduling.
- Logging feedback & complaints on current events, documentaries & daily news.
- Handling sensitive queries from viewers around emotive programming & providing the help & support options given during or after this.

- Minimum of 6 months in a BPO or contact centre environment, or recent college graduate.
