Zest4, part of the $1bn-valued Focus Group family, is looking for a Customer Support Adviser to join our Cloud & Connectivity team at our Wilmslow office. You don't need a deep technical background - just the right attitude and a willingness to learn. We'll handle the rest with a full structured training programme.
What you'll be doing- Processing orders across our Cloud & Connectivity product range, including VoIP telephony and fixed line broadband
- Keeping customers updated on order progress and appointments
- Accurately inputting data into network and billing systems
- Providing customer service and basic technical support via phone, email and support tickets
- Getting involved in wider business projects as your confidence grows
- At least 6-12 months' experience in an office-based customer-facing role
- Strong attention to detail - you take pride in getting things right
- A confident, friendly communicator on the phone and over email
- Genuine curiosity about technology and how things work
- £26,100 salary plus company bonus
