Customer Success Operations Associate - Hybrid

Raylo is seeking an Operations Associate in the Customer Success team to be one of the first points of contact for customers, resolving queries and providing updates with a focus on delivering a high-quality experience.

You'll gain hands-on exposure to a fast-growing tech business, leveraging AI platforms to improve efficiency, enhance processes, and strengthen reporting capabilities. This role is on-site in Belfast with partial work-from-home options after probation.
