Customer Success Onboarding Lead - Hybrid & Travel

Focus Group is seeking a Customer Onboarding & Transition Specialist to own the onboarding journey for IT Managed Services. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, develop onboarding plans, and lead transitions from incumbent providers to Focus Group, including initial 90-day post-go-live support.

This role combines project management, technical onboarding, and customer relationship skills. Hybrid working is preferred from Shoreham-by-Sea, with options to work from
