Sword Health, a pioneer in AI-driven healthcare, is seeking a growth-oriented Customer Success Manager with NHS expertise. You will manage the end-to-end client lifecycle, focusing on NHS accounts, driving retention, and identifying expansion opportunities. This role requires navigating complex NHS procurement and governance frameworks while delivering measurable clinical and economic outcomes.
You will lead implementations, manage post-sale experiences, and act as a trusted advisor to NHS partners. Using data-driven insights, you'll demonstrate ROI, build strong relationships, and ensure seamless project delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Lead implementation and post-sale lifecycle management for NHS accounts
- Develop account plans to maximize lifetime value and identify expansion opportunities
- Navigate NHS compliance and procurement frameworks
- Use quantitative reporting to demonstrate ROI and product value
- Build trusted advisor relationships with stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Direct experience working in or with the NHS (operational, procurement, or partnership roles)
- 2+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Implementation
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting
- Strong communication and presentation skills, including constructive push-back
- Highly organized, collaborative, and adaptable in fast-paced environments
- Startup experience with proven growth target achievements
- Salary/Pay: £42,879-£67,381 per year (includes base, variable, and equity)
