LEAP is seeking a Customer Success Manager to help new clients adopt LEAP software in a hybrid Cardiff-based role. You will act as a trusted product specialist, guiding customers through onboarding and ensuring maximum value from day one.

You will collaborate with legal professionals to deliver onboarding, implementation support, and tailored training, with hands-on support on-site and in-person. This is a permanent, full-time, hybrid opportunity in Cardiff.
