In the role of Customer Success Manager, you will establish trusted partnerships with our EMEA public sector customers. You will collaborate with internal teams-pre-sales, technical, and commercial-to support and drive sales of INRIX products. You will be a key voice for our customers, ensuring our solutions meet their needs.
As a Customer Success Manager at INRIX, your responsibility includes Net Revenue Retention, maintaining high customer engagement and satisfaction, leading to renewals and growth within your account base.
This position is based in the United Kingdom or Germany. It is a remote role requiring airport accessibility.
Responsibilities:- Develop a deep understanding of customer business, use-cases, technical needs, and workflows to support value realization quickly.
- Become a subject matter expert and advocate for INRIX products and solutions.
- Onboard customers post-licensing, including setting up user accounts, training, and support.
- Create success plans with customer goals and milestones.
- Manage your customer portfolio to ensure regular touchpoints focusing on usage, satisfaction, and challenges.
- Conduct regular reviews to track success plan progress.
- Develop playbooks with best practices, procedures, benchmarks, and scripts.
- Collaborate on self-service content like FAQs, knowledge bases, and training modules.
- Work with Renewals managers to ensure timely renewal processes and high renewal success rates.
- Deliver engaging presentations and demos of INRIX products, highlighting new features and updates.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling.
- Act as a voice of the customer, providing feedback to shape product development and GTM strategies.
- Promote INRIX mobility solutions at industry events, forums, webinars, and training sessions.
- Support the development and execution of customer success and sales strategies.
- Build strong relationships across teams to leverage expertise.
- Maintain high personal standards and ethics.
- At least 3 years in Customer Success, Partnership Management, or Account Management roles.
- 3 years of experience with SaaS solutions.
- Fluency in German is essential.
- Experience in the Public Sector markets in the UK or Germany is desirable.
- Experience working within EMEA markets is preferred.
- Ability to tailor information and storytelling to different audiences.
- Effectively articulates the value of INRIX solutions to meet customer outcomes.
Reports to: Director Customer Success EMEA
