Job Description
Job Overview

We are seeking a Fluent German speaking Enterprise Customer Success Manager (CSM) focused on data to engage and retain some of Pluralsight's largest customers. The role requires a consultative approach, strong focus on value, and a proven track record of collaborating with large-scale customers to develop strategies and showcase Pluralsight's impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand customer needs and strategic priorities.
  • Proactively mitigate risk across the customer life cycle.
  • Lead regular customer engagements, including Quarterly Business Reviews, Executive Business Engagements, and Success Planning.
  • Build strategic relationships at the C Level and act as a trusted advisor.
  • Develop and share standard processes with team members to improve quality and efficiency.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly renewal and upsell targets.
Qualifications
  • Fluency in German (written and verbal).
  • Proven experience as a CSM, account manager, or client facing role with track record of driving platform adoption and customer outcomes.
  • Experience working with L&D, HR, or talent teams, or embedded in customer L&D programs.
  • Comfortable operating at executive level, leading strategy conversations with CTOs or CHROs.
  • Strong data fluency: ability to turn metrics into a narrative that changes customer perception.
  • Commercial curiosity and the instinct to connect learning outcomes to business outcomes.
  • Highly organized with effective time management skills and ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Work Location & Travel

Hybrid schedule with on site work in Dublin, Ireland on Wednesdays and Thursdays, remote on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays. Travel may be up to 40% depending on business needs.
