At Iron Mountain we know that work, when done well, makes a positive impact for our customers, our employees, and our planet. That's why we need smart, committed people to join us. Whether you're looking to start your career or make a change, talk to us and see how you can elevate the power of your work at Iron Mountain.

We provide expert, sustainable solutions in records and information management, digital transformation services, data centers, asset lifecycle management, and fine art storage, handling, and logistics. We proudly partner every day with our 225,000 customers around the world to preserve their invaluable artifacts, extract more from their inventory, and protect their data privacy in innovative and socially responsible ways.

What You'll Do
  • Public Sector Relationship & Retention Management: Build deep, trusting relationships with key stakeholders across Irish government departments, local authorities, and public bodies, monitor Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) and Net Promoter Scores (NPS), and implement proactive retention strategies tailored to the unique procurement and lifecycle demands of public accounts.

  • Commercial Growth & Opportunity Creation: Partner with sales teams to co-create account plans, conduct Quarter Business Reviews / Functional Business Reviews (QBR/FBR), and identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across multiple business lines-including Records and Information Management (RIM), Digital Business Integration (DBU), and Asset Lifecycle Management (ALM).

  • Contract, Tender & Revenue Optimization: Lead public sector renewal strategies, contribute heavily to public tender and Request for Proposal (RFP) responses, negotiate pricing and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and communicate annual price increases by demonstrating Iron Mountain's value proposition and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) strategy.

  • Customer Advocacy & Liaison: Act as a dedicated internal advocate, collaborating with the Center of Excellence (CoE) and departments like Product, Sales, and Marketing to resolve complex customer issues quickly and ensure seamless billing, invoicing, and operational workflows.

  • Compliance & Industry Alignment: Maintain strict compliance with Irish and EU public procurement regulations, statutory laws, data protection regulations (such as GDPR), and organisational policies, while staying continuously informed of emerging trends in the Records, Information, and Data Protection industry.

What You'll Bring
  • Several years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar high-impact, customer-facing role, with a preferred focus or demonstrated bias toward managing Irish public sector accounts, local authorities, or state-governed bodies.

  • Strong knowledge of Irish public sector procurement processes, national frameworks, public tender procedures, and compliance frameworks, alongside familiarity with CRM software (such as Salesforce/SFDC) and business intelligence tools.

  • Strategic & Financial Acumen: Proven ability to leverage analytical data to identify growth opportunities, negotiate complex contracts, manage account profitability, and articulate value propositions within a public sector and commercial context.

  • Advanced Stakeholder Management: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence key public sector decision-makers, navigate complex organisational environments, and build alignment across diverse internal and external teams.

  • Agility & Problem-Solving: Excellent strategic thinking and organisational skills, with a demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

What We Offer
  • Competitive compensation and benefits aligned with experience.

  • Flexible work options/alternative work options to support work-life balance.

  • Comprehensive health, wellness, and retirement plans.

  • Opportunities for continuous learning and professional growth.
