We build innovative software and fintech solutions for service professionals worldwide, helping them run and grow their businesses.
As a member of our high impact Customer Success team, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring they obtain maximum value from the WorkWave platform and assisting with upsell opportunities.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:- Own the client relationship: act as the main point of contact for accounts, ensuring they maximize value and collaborating with Account Managers for a 360 view and upsell support.
- Drive proactive growth: anticipate client needs, identify expansion opportunities, and align solutions with business goals.
- Master the product: become the internal expert on WorkWave features and benefits for clients.
- Advocate for the product: provide feedback to Product and Engineering based on feature usage insights.
- Navigate complexity: manage the nuances of client needs and provide data driven insights to help them grow.
- 3+ years of experience in SaaS renewals, CS, professional services or account management at the mid market or enterprise level.
- Understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, GRR, NRR, and churn) and their impact on company valuation.
- Experience with Planhat or a similar CSP is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree required.
£50,000 - £52,500 a year
