The Role:As a Customer Success Manager, you'll be key to retaining and growing our service contract portfolio. Your responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing customer success plans to maximize product utilization
- Preparing and negotiating contract proposals to ensure on-time renewals
- Building strong client relationships, attending performance reviews, and advocating for their needs
- Analyzing performance data to drive growth and identify cross-selling opportunities
- Collaborating with Sales, Engineering, and Finance teams to deliver exceptional service
- Proven experience as a Customer Success Manager, Contract Manager, or similar role
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Consultative selling experience with technical aptitude
- Highly organized, proactive, and passionate about customer success
- Degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Comfortable with travel for client meetings
