Customer Success Manager - Growth & Retention Lead (Hybrid)

Sopro, based in Brighton, is seeking a Customer Success professional to nurture client relationships and own the commercial side of accounts. You will deepen partnerships, drive retention and continuously improve how we manage and grow client portfolios.
