Our unit Agricultural Solutions is on the path of digital transformation. We are currently seeking a highly motivated talent to join our team. As Solution Success Manager, you will manage the community and be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders and end-users. You will also be responsible for providing support to end-users, compiling information material and documentation, and educating stakeholders and end-users on our data platform.

  • As part of your role, you will provide end-users with prompt and professional support, addressing their inquiries and technical issues and efficiently resolving daily operational issues.
  • In addition, you demonstrate a deep understanding of our technical system.
  • You compile and update comprehensive and user-friendly information materials and documentation to enhance user understanding and self-service capabilities.
  • You actively engage in educational initiatives through various channels and gather valuable feedback and concerns from the community.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Natural Sciences, Business, Communications or related fields preferred
  • experience in technical support or a related field, demonstrating a strong technical mindset
  • strong diplomatic skills, and ability to apply both within multidisciplinary and multicultural environment as well as the ability to effectively transfer knowledge and share their expertise with others.
  • basic understanding of SQL knowledge and willingness to learn
  • strong communication in English (German is a plus) and interpersonal skills

  • Location-independent work models with defined days of presence in Berlin and place of residence in Germany.
  • Flexible working hours so that you can organize your working and private life according to your needs.
  • Gross annual salary (full-time): 43.000 - 53.000 €, depending on qualification and work experience, 53.000 - 58.000 € possible with correspondingly higher qualifications.
  • In addition, you can expect a bonus dependent on the company's success as well as individual performance.
