Customer Success Lead - UK & Ireland (Remote)

ElevenLabs is seeking a Customer Success Lead to orchestrate a high impact CS team across the UK&I region. The role blends people leadership with strategic customer outcomes, driving measurable value for customers and the business.

You will coach a CS team, directly engage key accounts, and shape renewal and expansion strategies while partnering with Sales, Operations, and GTM leadership. This role is remote first and London/Dublin offices are optional.
